Recently upgraded to a new console and am selling my old Xbox One. Everything works, but the disc drive is starting to wear out and sometimes takes a couple tries to get it to read games. Someone who is reasonably tech savvy could probably replace the drive. Comes with controller and 3 games (see photo). Cosmetic wear on the top of the console (minor scratches). The security/warranty sticker is missing as I have opened it in the past to clean the inside of the console. Asking $150 for console, controller, and games. Open to offers.
