Wrought iron signpost, ready for use or refinish

A wrought iron signpost that I have had for seven years but have not had a use for as yet. Thought I would offer it in case someone else needs it.
Good condition, needs some sanding and paint if you want it to look "new". If you just want it to hang a yard sale on periodically, or you like the patina as-is, it's ready for use.
The horizontal arm extends out 24" from the vertical. The height from ground insertion point to the horizontal arm is 36". A sign width would be 22" or so if intended to swing. Clips could be fashioned if the sign was to be immobilized.
Worth $30 to me towards what it would take to replace it if I sell it. )I'm not even sure where I could find one, and would cost more than this for custom-made.)
Note: Location shows Owen Sound - this is misleading as I actually am very near Durham, ON, which is about 33 km south of Owen Sound, 24 km north of Mount Forest, 18 km east of Hanover. (Durham itself is not a ibuyca location option).
Note: pickup to be made at a local public landmark in town here. I offer a fifteen minute window at a mutually agreed upon time. If you miss the window, you will have to start fresh and ask all over again.
