Fireweed Camps Ltd is a progressive and innovative business with a focus on providing exceptional catering and janitorial services to our clients. Fire season is upon us and we are looking for interested applicants to fill the following positions:
Camp Chefs 2nd Cooks 3rd Cooks General Helpers/Dishwashers Janitors Bakers
Job Summary To provide catering and janitorial services for the Ministry of Forests Lands and Natural Resource and Wildfire Management Branch. Create and serve outstanding gourmet meals for the WMB while maintaining a safe, clean work, and rest environment. Adhere pany policies and procedures.
Qualifications Want to be a successful team member with us? If you can check some of these boxes, then you are off to a great start:
REQUIRED Food Safe Level 1 certificate (Bakers, 2nd, 3rd Cooks, and General Helpers ) REQUIRED Food Safe Level 2 certificate ( Chef positions) Valid drivers license and vehicle or form of transportation. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous hospitality experience. Physical capabilities of working in a fast paced environment. Culinary training and or Janitorial experience. Ability to work in remote locations. No experience? We offer hands on training.
Job Type Seasonal Compensation We petitive wages based on experience.
