The DeSite SLG 108VFRB is a purpose built rugged screener designed to be fed pact and full sized equipment. The Screen deck is 10ft wide for bucket up to 9ft or 3 cubic yards.

Hour screening production ranges from 30 to 60 yards per hour, depending upon mesh size, machine size feeding the screener, and material being screened.

We offer many mesh sizes, down to 1/8 inch, and all the way up to 4 x 4 inch. Elongated pattern meshes are design to handle higher moisture materials. 1/8 x 1/8 ( makes a 1/16 product )

Off the Quick Change Riser Box the feed es down to 8ft for use with your Compact Equipment.

SLG 108VFRB hourly screening production ranges from 30 to 60 yards per hour depending upon material being screened, mesh size and type and size of machine feeding the screener.

Vibratory System : Comes with twin (Dual Eccentric) 110 Volt (3600 rpm) Vibratory Packs. Requires only a 6500 watt (6.5 kw) generator to operate or 110 volt land power if it is close by.

Tilting Screen Deck ( 45 to 30 degrees ) to control material flow across the screen deck.

Tilt Open Feed Deflection System directs material but also allows oversize material to pass through.

Quick Disconnect Riser Box : On the riser for full sized equipment or off the riser pact machines.

The SLG 108VFRB weighs in at 5500lbs Dsigned right in to the structure are fork pockets for moving the screener with your forks. We also offer Bucket Transport Lugs ( optional ) for moving the screener with your machines bucket
