Well maintained Legacy hot tub

A 6-7 person Legacy Inspire hot tub
84" x 84" x 36" (213cm x 213cm x 92cm)
Enjoyed it immensely, but after much debate, I am putting this up for sale (will likely regret it when friends and family visit!).
No issues at all with the tub, very well maintained throughout its life.
Includes:
- A high R-value 4" cover. One corner of the cover's skirt has a tear (as seen in picture), but has almost no effect on heat retention.
- Thermaltech floating thermal blanket which further retains water temperature and reduces energy usage
- Two filters, one newly bought last year.
For the right price, I can throw in:
- A wireless temperature monitoring system - tracks the water temperature and alerts me on phone if temperature drops (never occurred, water temp has been kept constant 24/7)
- All of the chemicals and bromine I use for upkeep.
