COTTAGE DESCRIPTION The stunning 'Flexon' Resort Cottage (also known as a Park Model Trailer) offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen dining living space with everything you need to start enjoying weekends at the lake. Included in this 2022 model is all furnishings, appliances and a large 300 sq ft deck with aluminum rails.
Appliances, A/C, furnace, electric fire and lots of upgrades are included. This is not a residential cottage - it is a Resort Cottage, designed for use from May to October only.
PRICE Available at $145,365 plus HST ($164,262) this is a great way to enjoy cottage living without the million dollar budget that you usually associate with it. This is outright ownership, you own it and can use it whenever you like, during the open season.
FINANCING AVAILABLE We can provide your finance through the reputable Dealerplan / RBC program. With $37k down, bi-weekly payments are around $469 (taxes in). We arrange everything for you.
RUNNING COSTS You pay an annual resort management fee for use of selected amenities, resort maintenance, use of water playground, kayaks and paddleboards, our beach, rec hall, volleyball court, playground etc. and all events and activities. The fee also covers water, hydro, garbage collection and septic, with just propane and insurance to pay extra. Also included, new for 2022 is a gated entry system.
Fees for the premium site that this Resort Cottage is on, are $5295 plus HST per year.

RESORT INFORMATION O'Reilly Lake Resort offers our seasonal Resort Cottage owners and guests 3,500 feet of beautiful waterfront, loads of family friendly facilities and organized activities, and best of all, an inflatable children?s water-playground with new attractions being added in 2022.
At O'Reilly Lake you can reconnect with all that Mother Nature has to offer, enjoying hikes along rugged terrain, stunning views and exposed Canadian Shield. O'Reilly Lake is a nature lovers retreat and home of mountain bike enthusiasts and star-gazers!
O'Reilly Lake itself is a spring-fed lake teeming with fish, and featuring a small, private, forested island. Enjoy canoeing or kayaking all the way around the edge in about half an hour (if it?s not too windy!) We have several paddle boats, hydro bikes and canoes available plimentary use of our Resort Cottage owners as well as boogie boards and life jackets available for hire.
We are a pet-friendly resort, and kindly ask that your four-legged friends be leashed at all times unless they are in the dog run area (near the entrance), or out for a swim. Dogs are not permitted on the beaches, but can swim to the right of the main beach near the boat docks.

At O'Reilly Lake Resort, this annual resort management fee ranges from $3600 to $6800 depending on location within the resort (taxes extra).
