We have a 3 bedroom, 1400 sqft. cottage available for rent on beautiful Winnipeg River and close to Lee River. PET FRIENDLY upon references:)) Comfortably has sleeping modations for 6. Quiet location for a relaxing family getaway. Located approximately 5 min. east of Lac Du Bonnet (1 hr from Winnipeg).

Enjoy a fabulous view of the lake and PRICELESS SUNSET inside the cabin, the front deck or in the screen room. The lake is only 40 feet from the cabin with your own large private dock.

Use of canoe, lifejackets ( adult & children sizes). TV & DVD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, fire pit, deck, private dock, waterside deck off of boathouse, elevated front deck off of cottage, BBQ ....you will not be disappointed!! There is great fishing right from on the dock and is also a great time for the family to jump off end of the dock into 6 feet water.

Situated only 2 minutes to the boat launch, 5 minutes to Lac Du Bonnet, you are close to all amenities. Even bring your golf clubs! Granite Hills Country Club is a 20 minute drive away as well Black Bear Country Club is 10 minutes away. Go River rafting in Pinawa (15min away) or go hiking with trails minutes away! There is something for everyone!

• Living Room: - Seating for up to 6 - 50 inch LED HD TV, DVD player - Ceiling fan

• Kitchen/Dining: - Open concept kitchen & dining area - Island in kitchen - Fridge, stove, dishwasher & microwave - Coffee maker, toaster, dishes/glasses, cutlery, pots pans, baking sheet, roasters, kettle, kitchen utensils, cookware included - Kitchen cloths and dish soap will be supplied - Basic kitchen supplies, eg. salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters

• 2 Bathrooms: - Master has a bathroom attached with a toilet and sink. - Toilet tissue & hand soap supplied - Sink, stand up shower, toilet AND bathtub (septic system not an outhouse)

• 3 Bedrooms: - Master: KING bed, dresser, large closet - Second: QUEEN bed, dresser, table, closet - Third: QUEEN bed, dresser, closet.

• Sun-Room - Patio table with 6 chairs. Perfect for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Outdoor features: - Large attached deck with 2 Adirondack chairs, -BBQ & propane on the back deck - Fire pit in the front yard - Private dock - Large, private, well treed lot with 150 feet waterfront

***There is no Wi-fi, but the internet signal is really strong and you can stream Netflix and zoom from your phone*** TERMS: Fall, Winter and Spring 2 night min SUMMER Regular Rentals will be for 7 days minimum

Check-in is Sunday at 4:00p.m. Check-out is Sunday at 10:00a.m. $2,600.00 PER WEEK for PEAK season ( June 1 - Sept 30 ) $300.00 per night for OFF season, 2 night min stay required (October 1 - May 30th) Pet fee: $20 extra per day

$500 reservation/damage deposit required upon booking to hold reservation (to be returned upon 1 week after check-out, pending inspections)

Rental fee due 2 month prior rental.

E-transfer only please. There is NO smoking inside the cottage.

PLEASE BRING bottled water, BED sheets, firewood, and BATH towels.
