Family cottage available for short term to respectful, RESPONSIBLE and experienced cottage renters! Use of paddleboat and life jackets.
Three bedroom ( 1 king bed, 2 queen beds+cot) one full bathroom, fully equipped lakefront cottage for rent. Summer sleeps six people, 6 guests MAX ( with sofa and cot ) Highchair and crib available. Full kitchen, bathroom has shower and bath tub Beautiful sloped yard with amazing sunrise views! Family oriented area, One of the only sheltered water areas along Lee River, this bay is also known for great fishing. ATV and dirt bike / sled trails near by. Golf courses near by. Playpen, highchair, children’s bicycles & lifejackets available for use. SLEEPS 6, 6 guests Max *** mini 2 person Hot tub available- however not guaranteed in case of damages*** Renters responsible for cleaning cottage back to how it was found. Use of paddle boat, lifejackets( adult & children sizes) TV&DVD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, beautiful stone fire pit area, deck, private dock, access to nearby boat launch, waterside deck off of boathouse, elevated front deck off of cottage, BBQ, WIFI , smart TV, board games, Wii console ....you will not be disappointed.
TERMS: No smoking indoors, no parties no pets please, (some very tame and house trained dogs may*be allowed for a small fee $60 Each guests to bring own sheets∧ pillow cases for beds and towels. Firewood, drinking water limited- mended to bring extra. Now offering WIFI and smart TV No a/c - A wonderful es through and there are fans in the bedrooms and living room. Guests responsible for cleaning back to how Cottage was found. 6 ppl MAX IN SUMMER Garbage and recycling is to be removed and either taken to the transfer station @ hwy 520&313or back to the city.
* winter season the lake water supply gets switched to small tank - I ask guests to be water conscious by attention to their water use - I will also provide disposable plates and cups. Max 4 ppl in winter.
