Water Treatment Service Technician (Boiler & Cooling Systems)
Job: Provide on-site testing, diagnosis and analyticals of industrial water treatment for HVAC and process water systems; make adjustments to chemical additions and feed controls systems, maintain WT operational parameters of systems; maintain, adjust and calibrate customer water treatment; collect, log and report systems test data and inspection reports; liaise with customer personnel; respond to customer's treatment requirements; make appropriate mendations; pany equipment, tools, test kits and records; report to Regional Manager
Attributes: Successful individual will be highly motivated, clean, neat, mechanically inclined and able to work independently for the most part. Detailed and accurate documentation of site service work, analysis, diagnosis and mendations in written and electronic format. Complete fluency, proficiency municative skills in English language is a must. A clean driving record and clear criminal record is a must. High school diploma is minimum. College diploma or higher degree is favourable. Related work experience in a technical field is a requirement. Experience in water treatment is a strong asset. Certification or professional membership in water treatment, chemistry, biology, building systems, engineering, design, environmental, microbiology, operations, technology or related field is very favorable.
Compensations: Company provided vehicle, insurance, gas card, cell phone, laptop, etc. Company tools, test equipment, uniform, boots, gloves, mask, etc. Company benefits available after 3 months probation, paid vacation, educational opportunities, growth and advancement opportunities.
Salary: Probation period (0-3 mos) $22.50/hr Post probation (>3 mos) starting @ $ 25/hr + mensurate with experience and ability Supplemental Pay: commissions on extra sales, expansions, additions - no cap Allowances: Expenses paid on pany travel Type: Full time employment
