*Use a bag to put your gold chain into (picture included)
*Use a bag of pocket change (weights included in photos) to counter balance your bag of gold
*Use your finger lined up close to the spoon edge (photo included) to balance the bag of coins and bag of gold. For best results use the same amount of change in both bags as a test to find out where you should balance the fork and spoon.
*try and get the bag of change and bag of gold to balance near perfectly.
*determining the right amount of change versus the gold will give you the gold weight.
