Wanted: Sailboat 30ft or longer.... Interior of boat must be in excellent condition (well maintained and looked after). Boat must be located on, or have access to Lake Ontario or Lake Erie. Looking for a boat that has been well looked after by its owner and requires little to no work or repairs. Looking for something around $20,000 to $25,000. I do not mind if the boat is of an older model, just as long as it is current in its on board electronics, and in excellent condition. Not interested in boats that have also been utilized as storage rooms in the past. (not looked after and maintained) Sails must be included and in excellent condition. Some of the features I am hoping for are... Fully Enclosed rear Canopy if possible Solar Panels would be a nice bonus. Complete Up to Date Galley. Ships wheel steering. Predominantly a wood interior that is in excellent shape. Looking to buy immediately! Thank you.
