Looking for one or more tall shelving units suitable for bankers boxes. Shelf openings need to be 15" deep or more, 11" high or more. Preferably some multiple of 13" or 14" wide between posts (i.e. to fit two, three, four boxes side by side without too much wasted space). This is flexible. Total height of the unit should be 7 feet or more, going into a high-ceiling room. Needs to be sturdy and heavy duty for the weight of paper. Modular shelving would be great!
Photos are examples of shelf types.
Metal, coated or not, is preferable to treated wood. But older shelves of any kind are fine - trying to avoid offgassing that would damage the boxes and records over time.
Will need some time to arrange a vehicle for pickup. Delivery would be ideal, but we're flexible. Thanks!
