Yes, ANY CONDITION! WE CAN MOVE ANY TIME Think its not rentable? We'll take it!! We can easily manage without a modern fancy home!! We live in an old house now that is quite "earthy" camplike, very hard to heat and cool, but we like this type of living. Rustic country is what we prefer. Need repairs done? No problem! Lets talk! 2 Quiet semi-retired people (1 male 1 female) and one quiet indoor senior (14yrs) dog in need of a LONG-TERM rental. 2 bdrm or equivalent needed. Need access to yard or similar for doggy. Just for her "business" that we clean/pickup immediately. Prefer near to ( but not restricted to) 45 min to Dartmouth area (for work) We are very respectful and quiet, we've NEVER been late with rent in the 13 yrs we've lived together. Our current rental of 5 yrs is being sold. We are handy and can handle any repairs that arise on our own! We have never asked our current landlady for any help for repairs needed, we just take care of whats needed as needed! Excellent references from current and past landlords!! We will look after your property as if lt were our own! Budget. $1200 If uoure reading this, thfn we are still looking.
