Wanted to rent Farmland in 30-40 Km Radius from Harriston

Hi, We are a mixed cash crop and livestock family farm looking to rent land for crops for this year and beyond. We take land stewardship very seriously and try to improve the land we crop every year we are on it. We use a 3 crop rotation of corn/beans/wheat and use no-till, min-till and cover crops where possible, causing less erosion. It is an added benefit if the land is close enough to one of our farms and we are allowed to spread manure on it. We prefer long term leases but will consider short leases as well. We can do straight cash rents/flex rents (half in spring, half in fall), share crop or a number of other arrangements, and we pay our rent in full and on time.Contact me by email or give me a call if you have land available.Thanks for looking
