mercial landscaper foreman with 28 years experience in horticulture. I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom or bachelor/studio for long term in Nanaimo, Parksville or Qualicum . A rural setting would be ideal as I’m an avid nature lover. Time frame is May or June 1st. Maximum $ 1100 w/o utilities or $ 1200 with utilities. Willing negotiate rent price for maintaining property. My current landlord is moving family into my unit.
I am a single in my late 40’s; no children at home (adults) or pets. I’m a quiet person who doesn’t drink or party. I can provide many personal and professional/rental references and no criminal background with excellent credit.
