Wanted: Pressure Washing Subcontractor Needed (Greater Toronto Area)

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable pressure-washing sub contractor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality work and be able to provide evidence of previous successful jobs.
Responsibilities: Pressure wash exterior surfaces including but not limited to buildings, sidewalks, patios, decks, and parking lots Identify and address any potential issues or concerns with the property's exterior surfaces Provide detailed and accurate quotes for services Communicate effectively with property management team to schedule services
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pressure washing Knowledge of industry best practices and techniques Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines munication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Must provide own pressure washing equipment and supplies
