Currently paying $925 plus utilities a month but are slowly needing more space now that our youngest is getting older. We would be interested in a 2-3 bedroom rental with space. Non smoking and no pets. Very responsible and respectful tenants and we always pay on time or earlier. Preferably a place close to Macdonald Drive Elementary or on the bus route to MDE.
