Wanted: Looking for used truck

My father just got out of the hospital from a several month stay and is in need of a reliable used truck for transportation to get around. This is fairly urgent as he is on disability and lives out of town in the 100 mile house area. His old truck broke down and it is not worth repairing so he is opting for another vehicle at a reasonable price. Preferably under 5000. It has to be relatively newer, preferably year 2000 onward, a 4wd and have enough guts in it to haul a loaded 14' cargo trailer, can be any make/model as long as it's clean and in good shape. He is not looking for something that needs alot of repair. If you could help him out with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
