Wanted: Looking for used pickup truck in good running condition

I'm looking for a used pickup truck from the year 2003 and up. I'm willing to pay up to $4,500 but I'm only going to pay what the vehicle is worth at current book value range. The exact price I pay will depend on the condition of the vehicle also. If you're planning to make some easy money off your truck and you're charging way over what it's worth don't even bother contacting me. Dealers are e but I'm not looking to finance a brand new truck to pay more than what I've advertised here. The truck must have a tow package, 4×4 and trailer brakes. Trailer brakes control module in the cab of the truck is a bonus too. Tires must be in good condition and the truck must be well maintained and in good running condition for me to consider any offers.
