Wanted: Looking for a particular sized wiper blade refill

I wanted to resurrect the frames of some very old wipers I kept around, Aerofoil branded wipers (these were the best), with some new rubber blades. Turns out upon researching, there are many different designs of blade. I found an exact photo of what I need, however I'm not sure they are made anymore. The piece of rubber that goes in to where it holds, the strip on the top is 2-2.5mm. Most refills I see on ebay are 5-8mm. I'm probably boned from finding refills for such old wipers, but I thought I'd ask for help. Any creative ideas on how to attach modern rubber to these old frames would be appreciated.
