Wanted: Looking for a contractor ,

To build 3 walls on the carport, also to strengthen the concrete floor to transform it into a garage with 2 garage doors (Front and back) . Ideally to do the designs and to be approved by the city of Oshawa. They will be approved ASAP because I already verify all the requirements(lot Coverage % and setback from the sideline).
After this job is done I am looking to build a second Tiny Home on the back of the property based on Bill 108, right away . The Job is in Columbus, North of Oshawa. Ideally, the contractor has to have experience, good ratings, proof of similar jobs done, and happy clients.
