Dear landlords, My partner and I (23 + 26) are looking for a long term rental. Here is some quick info about us and what we’re looking for! ABOUT US: - Working couple (I will be working in town, my partner does rotational work) - We are both non smokers/partiers - Very quiet + clean (we’ve rented for approx 3 years with plaints against us) - We have 2 female cats. They are non destructive, spayed, indoor cats - Willing to sign a lease WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - 2 Bedrooms - Pet Friendly (2 cats) - St. John’s/Mount Pearl/Paradise/CBS - 2 parking spots - In suite laundry preferred, but not required - Utilities included preferred, but not required - Looking to start renting either May or June 2023, and we would love to rent long term!
