Wanted: Im looking for a cheap camper or free

Im looking to pick up a camper for storage purpose.
Looking to pick one up that doesn't leak, but can fix if not to bad. Must not smell like mold.
Would like to have A/C. but not a requirement.
Doesn't need fridge and stove
Only really requirement needed is the sitting area.
Im going to need to be able to tow it 2 hours to its final resting area.
I can pull a 5th wheel so that is a option.
