I OFTEN need a plumber. I pay $50/hour CASH

I have 3 OLD rental houses that seem to often need work.
I'm a landlord With a few houses near U of A in Edmonton and I also have a farm north of Saint Albert on the way to Morinville.
It seems like I always need some plumbing help.
Would be nice to have a guy that I can pay by the hour. I just pay cash and I don't need a receipt.
Right now I have a sewer line underneath my toilet that needs to be snaked.
Let me know what you would charge me per hour. I would like to just pay for your time rather than having an upfront quote. I typically have a number of small plumbing issues that build up overtime.
This could be an ongoing business relationship.
So I can usually wait until it's convenient for you.
I did have a guy that I would call on for years and I would pay him $50 per hour cash for his time. But now he's retiring
.I could make it a four hour minimum if you want e out for 4 hours.
So you’d make $200 cash minimum. And I can wait until YOU are ready e. You can do it on a Sunday or day off.
