Wanted: FRENCH TUTOR REQUIRED

We are a reputed after-school private school seeking talented and experienced teachers/tutors to teach FRENCH Language to all grades. We are located close to the intersection of Hyde Park and Fanshawe Park, London, ON.
What will you do… • Tutor FRENCH Language to students in small groups (3-6 students per class: same or adjacent grades). • Assess students and identify areas of concern/improvement. • Based on the student’s requirements, prepare lesson plans for each weekly class (each class is 1.5 hours in duration per week). • Assign homework, and upon submission, mark them before the next class, and hand it over to the student in the next class. • Conduct monthly tests or assignments to measure the student’s progress municate results to the parents. • Maintain student records.
What you have… • OCT certification or relevant teaching experience (Students undergoing Teacher’s education/training may also apply). • Excellent ‘student-centred’ and ‘results-oriented’ teaching techniques and approaches. • Good teaching ethics and moral principles. • Awareness and engagement of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) measures. • A recent (less than six months) Police Clearance Certificate with a VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK (VSC). Note: If you don’t have one, you may apply for one upon selection and should be able to produce it within six weeks of your start date. In this case, your appointment will be conditional.
