Wanted: Fluorescent Desk Lamp

I'm looking for an older fluorescent tube light desk lamp, with bendable metal gooseneck. My current one (pictured) died.
If you have one send me a pic if you can. I'd like to get one that matches the specs of my old one as close as possible.
-19" wide solid top the fully covers the light (some leave the front uncovered or allow a glow on top). -12"/1 foot metal gooseneck (must still hold its own weight, some get lazy and don't stay positioned). -5"x6" base or close to that (some bases in 40s-60s lamps are rather big).
