Wanted: BUYING Magic: The Gathering MTG Collections for cash

Hi! I'm a passionate collector of Magic cards and I'm looking to expand my collection. Are you no longer playing with your MTG cards, looking to put cash towards other things, or preferring to play online-only Magic in these strange times? I want to buy your collection whether it's large or small, and I'm paying top dollar in cash!
I like older cards best (from the '90s), but I'm happy to look at anything. In order for me to fairly assess what you've got, YOU MUST send me pictures and a description of what you've got: a rough total count of cards, a picture of the entire collection in its container(s), and a picture of a few card faces fanned out.
Please read the FAQ in the second image! Many of you are sending me lists of cards that you have, and the FAQ provides some guidance on what to expect with an offer.
I will travel to you to pick up and may cover shipping if required. Sorry, not interested in buying other card games. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Do you buy "bulk"?
Generally no, but I will accept bulk as part of an entire collection I'm buying. I will consider bulk to be any lots of cards, in any condition and any rarity, where it's assumable that no cards have value above $5. I will buy at a "bulk rate" of $0.50 to $1.00 per thousand cards. I will not travel long distances to collect bulk, as I give it away or recycle it.
***Lately I ing across an increasing number of situations where sellers have misrepresented a large amount of low-value bulk as a "collection". When I suspect this might be the case, I will offer to pay a certain partial amount up front, take possession of the cards, and then either:
1) pay you the rest of the agreed-upon amount and keep the collection; or 2) keep the bulk and hold back from paying any more funds towards the lot misrepresented as a collection; or 3) return the entire lot to you once you fully refund me that partial amount.
I'll quote this part of my ad to you if this is the case. If you are looking to move such a lot, and don't trust me to deal fairly in taking possession of your lot this way before paying your full ask for it, then you can back out with no harm done.
What do you offer for binders, boxes, deckboxes, dice, sleeves, etc.?
I only collect cards, preferably entire collections' worth. I will accept these if they happen to be in containers that contain the entire collection I'm buying, but I value them at zero, and usually throw them away.
Will you buy retail packs of recently released sets such as Wal-Mart sells?
No. I stay away from these, because I've discovered it's often a way for shoplifters of these products to cash out.
Will you buy all the cards in my spreadsheet, list, or database?
Conditionally yes, but you would likely make more money selling this unwanted portion of your collection to a store, rather than to me-- I prefer to buy entire collections, not just the cards you don't want (I don't really want them either!). The main difference between an offer from me and from a local game store is, I will purchase everything on your list, whereas a store might pick and choose, which doesn't help you clear things out.
Will you buy sealed cards?
Yes, usually. For sets still in-print or recently out of print I offer ~25% of retail value. The older the sealed product, the more I'm interested. Packaging condition and purchase history matters for sealed product of older sets, so it's helpful if you can show a receipt.
Will you pay with any methods other than cash?
For deals under a certain value, I may opt to e-transfer you funds up front. For other methods, contact me and we can make an arrangement.
