This cottage is a two bedroom unit, with a large sunroom and large back deck. The cottage does not have running water, but there is a water tap within steps of the cottage’s front door and this cottage is one of the closest to the munity bathroom and shower. However, the sink in the cottage does drain to easily do dishes. The cottage has an A/C unit and heater es with most of the furniture.
There is plenty of green space within Kossuth Park including a park for kids, open fields to play games and horseshoe pits. Across the road, only 100m away, you have access to the park’s private beach or enjoy sitting on the break wall to admire views of Lake Erie.
The park has 52 cottages on site and is governed by an elected board. All structures are owned by individual cottage owners and the land is owned by the corporation. Annual fees for the park are approximately $1,700 and hydro charges for this cottage are approximately $65 per month.
This cottage is located on the north side of Lakeshore Road and a very quiet area of the park. There are no rear neighbours and directly behind the cottage is an open field munity parking lot.
Please note that in accordance to park policy this cottage can not be a rental property.
