Vintage Telco Bubble Blowing Santa in a Tub - Christmas decorati

Cool vintage Santa Claus animatronic sitting in an old fashioned tub. He is supposed to blow actual bubbles. Works with 24 V adapter. The unit is in very good cosmetic condition with tags. The adapter is not original, but it is 24 v. When you plug it in, and turn the unit on, you can hear the motor inside Santa working, and you can feel air blow through his mouth. Unfortunately the arm mechanism and motion to refill the bubbles is not working. Another quirky thing I’ve found is that it takes a few attempts to get the mechanism going, turning It off and on, and activating the button. Once it’s on, the on/off switch will not turn it off. You have to unplug it. (Although it’s the right 24 voltage, is it not white the right adapter, is it an incorrect amperage- and maybe using the right adapter would make it fully operational?
or if there is something wrong with the mechanism, If you are handy, and like to tinker with these types of Christmas gadgets, this might be a neat project for you. Selling as-is
