VINTAGE RARE NATIVE CANADIAN HAND CARVED & PAINTED WALL PLAQUE

This is an original native Canadian hand carved & painted cedar wood wall hanging plaque. The carving measures 48" x 10". The carving is titled 'Cougar eating Man'. The Native Canadian artist is Détreck George from Vancouver Island. Mr. George titled the carving 'Mountain Lion Man Eatter' in 2001. The yellow cedar is hand painted with black & red colours. Mr. George hand signed the carving on the back, it's too the left of the words Mountain & Man. His initials are carved with a thin blade. The carving has 2 leather straps screwed into the back to hang on your wall. Cougar carvings are rare because they are so rarely carved. I am open to offers. The carving is located near the QEW & Trafalgar Rd. exit.
