here i am offering a gorgeous pair of extremely rare High Fidelity HITACHI HS-480 speakers. MADE IN JAPAN i just pulled out of my storage. they spent most its life in the heated storage
these speakers when they were produced in 1975 they were second top of line from hs-530 model. many people loved this particular model because of it design/look and horn tweeter for better highs
absolutely amazing sound which you can expect from a made in japan quality made products. speakers are rated 50 watts max so they don't need a high powered amp. i was using a 100 watts power amplifier to push their limits. i think their wattage is underrated. they can take more power then 50 watts mend amp.
speaker woofers, mid-range speaker and tweeters are in excellent working condition. surround foams are made of fabric so no need to worry about replacing them
i replaced the grille cloth to same brown high quality material. exterior cabinets are in great shape with a exception of a few minor superficial scratches.
NOTE: one midrange is has been replaced by the previous owner. also one woofer the color little bit faded. in the pictures it looks worse due to high resolution
