Edgar Allan Poe, American authour, 1809-49, Famous for creating format for and writing 1st short detective story “The Murders in the Rue Morgue” and mystery/Horror stories: Black Cat, Gold-Bug, Fall of the House of Usher, Tell-Tale Heart, The Pit and Pendulum, the Cask of Amontillado … and they are all here in this one book PLUS his poetry, most famous is probably The Raven.

Condition: Good. Jacket missing. All pages are clear and clean, no scribbling, no tears, no stains; printing legible; no missing and no loose pages, fully intact; covers and spine show wear and pages’ outer edges are discoloured and uneven; library stamp on several pages. Considering its age, it is in very good readable condition. (The jacket is missing - stock photo used)
