In the recent past Victor Baker missioned by guitar-making icon D’Angelico to officially reproduce some of their famous signature models, but to all the Tele style guitar lovers, here for sale is a white VBT Telestyle guitar. A prototype example, and one of a limited number of rare set neck VBT Tele style guitars Victor Baker produced; this mint condition guitar has a very tight stable set neck joint—no screws—so it remains more consistently in tune with superb tone. Built in 2008 (in the USA), this American handmade Victor Baker VBT T-Style Guitar has a white lacquer finish and features extra—“belly cut”—contours around the neck joint to fort and allow greater access to upper register on the neck. The body is light swamp ash with a maple 25.5″ pound radius neck and a Budz Purebred pickup set. The pickguard is mint green; the bridge is the traditional three-saddle model and the tuners are Gotoh HAP models. Excellent deluxe MBT case included. I am asking CDN $2,100 or best offer, for this professional luthier, rare handmade guitar which will likely e a prized possession of the lucky owner. Current similar type offerings start at $5000 plus tax and a long wait for the guitar to be made.
