Usui Reiki Level 1 - Certification Class

Reiki is an energy healing modality that works from the outside in, addressing disturbances in the subtle energy bodies and moving into the physical body over a three-day period. Reiki restores order and balance to the energy body. It calms the mind and stabilizes the emotions. Reiki energy naturally seeks out the disturbances in the energy body and works to restore balance and harmony in the energy landscape.
You are invited to a hands-on, fun-filled one-day Reiki certification class in Woodstock, New Brunswick. The Reiki Level One class is a one-day workshop to learn the Usui style of Reiki, taught by Reiki Master Kerstin Kramer (member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT)). In this class you are attuned to the Reiki energy and taught how to use it! The attunement process is a ceremony whereby you are connected to the healing energy through the Crown Chakra.
This class includes: * Two attunement sessions to connect you to the Reiki energy * A discussion of the history and benefits of Reiki * A discussion of how Reiki interacts with the chakra system * Demonstration of hand positions for Self-Reiki followed by a practice session * A discussion of how to do Reiki sessions on animals & plants * Demonstration of hand positions for massage table sessions followed by practice sessions * Includes written material and a certificate pletion
Lights snacks & tea are provided throughout the day, please bring a light lunch & water bottle.
