Two seats from Maple Leaf Gardens - being sold as a pair: Two separate rear-mounting style grey seats from Maple Leaf Gardens that were removed from the grand old building in 1991 to make way for new private boxes that were installed in the summer of 1991.
These seats are self standing and feature an attractive powder-coated bracket designed to allow the seat to be used as a functional piece of furniture. The arm rests are made of maple in the same size and shape as the original hard plastic arm rests, but were designed to make the seat more attractive for home use.
Both seats are in good working condition. Seat #3 and Seat #4. Comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA). I am willing to deliver in the GTA. Asking price of $1699 for the pair is firm.
Bonus: If you buy these seats, I will include 6 new plaqued posters that show the uniform evolution of each of the NHL's Original Six teams. The attached photos only show 3 of the 6 plaqued posters you will receive. Please note: These are not the seats that were sold in 2000-2001 after the Gardens closed in 1999 - those seats have an unusual and unwieldy wood and metal base. These seats have attractive, self-supporting "legs" designed and created by me.
