Twin loft bed frame.

I am selling a home built loft bed frame.
This bed is constructed from 2"x4", 2"x6", and 1" lumber, with construction grade deck screws. The lumber is treated with a brown stain. The bed is well built and very sturdy. I have altered the bed from its original construction and added the ladder steps to fit in its current location. The ladder steps can be removed and a short stair set can be provided to the buyer to aid in reconstructing the original landing.
I have 3 rowdy boys who have not been successful in damaging this bed. I weigh approximately 200 lbs. I fortably climb onto the bed with my son and not be concerned about stability or security.
I am moving in the next few months and I do not think that the bed frame will be right for our new home. This is the main reason for selling.

Dimensions are in the pictures. I am flexible with timings to view and pick up the bed. Pick up in Lively.
