Specializing in municipal infrastructure projects, commercial site development, demolition, heavy haul floating services, asphalt, aggregate crushing and supply, and snow removal. Birch Hill has very knowledgeable and experienced staff, along with extensive equipment and trucking resources, which gives us the ability to successfully undertake any type of construction project.
We are currently seeking qualified truck and dump trailer drivers for the ing construction season.
Responsibilities; - Ability to safely and effectively operate a tractor and dump trailer in various construction project settings including public roads and streets, municipal infrastructure, demolition and civil construction sites, - Must be able to work well as a valued team member, - Must be able to take direction with a positive attitude and have the willingness to learn new techniques, - Able to work long hours in order to achieve project goals and milestones, - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Qualification; - Valid drivers licence, including a clean drivers abstract, - Minimum 5 years tractor trailer driving experience with minimum of 2 years in the construction industry, - High school diploma or GED, - Proven knowledge of safe operating procedures and requirements, - General knowledge of municipal infrastructure, civil site work is considered an asset, - Must be reliable and punctual.
Position will be for full time work, in Southeast New Brunswick. pensation rates based on related experience and through the interview process. Benefits and RRSP packages available.
