The Triumph IDEAL 4850-95EP
The Triumph Ideal Paper Cutter was manufactured in Germany The Triumph IDEAL 4850-95EP with its automatic clamp, includes a programmable power back gauge. It has an all-metal construction with an electro-mechanical blade drive. The 4850-95EP includes an optical cutting line, digital display and 10-button key pad for pre-set measurements. There are 9 programs including 9 steps in each program and a memory key. Other features include a safety drive and a spindle guided back gauge for precise trimming positioning.

Hinged, electronically controlled safety guard on the front table; transparent safety cover on the rear table; main switch and safety lock with key; electronically controlled true two-hand operation; 24 volt controls (low voltage); patented IDEAL safety drive; automatic blade and clamp return from every position; disc brake for instant blade stop; blade changing device with covered cutting edge; blade depth adjustment from the outside of the machine; easy blade change from the front of the machine without removing covers.

10-button key pad for presetting of measurement Memory key for repeat cuts 99 programs with 99 steps in each program (up to 9 repeat cuts can be integrated into a program as one single program step) Setting of program steps via “Start” button “SET” function key for reference measurement Programmable EJECT function – for pushing out the paper Two programmable keys for quick setting of frequently needed measurements Self-diagnosis system with error indication on display

“EP” BACK GAUGE CONTROL
Fully programmable back gauge control module with digital measurement readout, 10 push button key pad, and memory key for repeat cuts.
PUSH BUTTON CONTROL
Push buttons allow, that the automatic clamp can be moved up and down independent of blade movement.
LED OPTICAL CUTTING LINE
The optical cutting line with bright, durable LEDs shows where the cut will be performed and helps to align cutting marks precisely for accurate cuts.
ELECTRONIC HAND WHEEL
Electronic hand wheel for manual back gauge positioning with infinitely variable speed control (from very slow to very fast).
SAFETY GUARD
The electronically secured front safety guard swings out of the way easily and allows safe and convenient cutting.
Specifications: Electrical: 115 Volts 1 Phase 60 Hz 14 Amps Condition: Powered up and tested. Programmer works and machine cuts. Overall the machine is very clean looking.
