Looking to sublet my lovely treatment room in shared clinic at Bloor & Spadina on Sundays, Mondays & Wednesdays (negotiable).
Great location on Bloor St West around the corner from Spadina Station, in the heart of The Annex, in downtown Toronto. The clinic is on the 2nd floor of a mercial walk-up (stair access only).
Bright and tranquil treatment room with a large south-facing window. Privacy curtains with side and dimmable overhead lighting create a cozy treatment environment. Comfortable treatment table equipped with protective vinyl cover, sheepskin table warmer, and adjustable face cradle with gel cushioning for maximum fort. Central AC / Heat (with in-unit control) and baseboard heating in room.
The clinic is shared with 2 wonderful RMTs who split the week in the other treatment room. I am a registered Acupuncturist and TCM Practitioner. I will use the room on the other days.
Common clinic areas include a small waiting area, washroom, and kitchenette (with sink, mini fridge, and microwave).
We are continuing to wear face masks in mon area of the clinic due to the number of high-risk patients we treat. Treatment room has a BlueAir 311+ filter for use.
The clinic is close to U of T, several office, condo and apartment buildings, and restaurants, and shops (lots of potential clients).
Spadina Station is accessible by streetcar, bus and both subway lines. Green P parking available within one block. Bike racks can be found in front of the clinic building.
Rent: 1 day a week = 4 days per month = $300 2 days a week = 8 days per month = $575 3 days a week = 12 days per month = $850 (better deal)
Rent includes: Use of fully-furnished treatment room, common clinic spaces, utilities, Wifi, cleaning supplies, and some storage space.
Must provide your own linens, treatment supplies, booking and payment system, PPE, No laundry on-site.
Available immediately (will pro-rate rent accordingly). Priority will be given to multi-day and longer-term sublets.
