Large slide with manual crank option should the electric slide fail. Everything (Ac, furnace, fridge etc) works perfectly. Full sized fridge, Full bathroom with vent and fan, No leaks, All new led bulbs throughout. Checker plated added on front for rock protection. Heavy duty steps with hand rail. Newer tires, 20 ft awning with a full screened in add-a-room and full sized heavy duty weaved camp mat. Has clips and arches for awning to shed water. Water level and battery gages (to monitor the fresh, grey and black water), 2 new batteries. Full size queen mattress in master bedroom vs camper one. Couch and table fold down for 2 additional dbl beds to sleep 10. Queen bed is on hydraulics and lifts for under bed storage. The bunk house and the queen bedroom both have wood, locking doors. Back bunk folds up with large loading door so bikes, chairs etc can be loaded. All the attachments for dish or cable hook up, built in speakers and stereo. Large storage area in the front that goes right through the front of the camper. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Comes with equalizer hitch, will include wheels chocks, leveling Ramps and the chock locks for between tires. For the right price can include the bedding, plates, cutlery, and many other extras.
