Backstory: Toby was dumped on the side of the road and wondered onto a lady’s property on February 2nd of this year. She took him homes with intentions on keeping the dog, however her dog was a constant bully and attacked Toby daily. She held him at her house safely until we had a kennel here at the shelter for her to bring him in. Toby is described as a a lap dog who is love starved .. he just wants all the love! He gets nervous when e up and grab him from behind without him being able to see you. We sadly think he may have previously been smacked from behind.
