Two-bedroom cabin for weekly, $950.00, rental at Tobin Lake. Cabin is 30 minutes Northeast of Nipawin, SK. World class fishing, boating and ATV and hiking trails. Steps away from the water and beautiful sandy beach and shoreline! World Record Walley fishing and great lake for watersports of all kinds and golfing near by. modations: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and one double bed) and one double hide-a-bed with sheet, sleeps 6 people plus one 1 full bathroom - TV with basic satellite, a DVD player, full kitchen with all cookware, utensils, and some basic spices - Tap water is potable and is tested annually, propane BBQ and fire pit with wood, steps away from playground and convenience stores. Not included: Blankets, linens & Bath Towels There is no maid service so you will be required to leave the cabin in a reasonable state of cleanliness. A $400 security/damage/cleaning deposit is required at time of booking to hold your dates, and full rent at arrival. The security/damage/cleaning deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Basically, "Leave it the way you found it”. No campers unless arranged before hand. Check in 3PM and check out is 10AM unless otherwise arranged NO SMOKING NO PETS NO PARTIES.
