I am selling my 24 ft by 8 ft tiny home on wheels. This little house has four wheels with hitch attachments to be toed to desired location along with wood skirting for setup. passing a metal exterior, wood stove, insulated walls, sliding patio door, many windows for natural light, built in bed frame, separate kitchen area with pantry, cabinets, new countertop and new sink. This unique gem has a lot of potential, with having already been wired for electricity, and means to hook up running water. There are 3 doors, so intentions to build an addition would be ideal towards plans for more space. Add a deck and a bathroom to this setup and result with a lovely getaway or home. I personally lived in this year round, while having learnt how to fortably with various resources, though as-is today would be ideal for most as seasonal living. Further upgrades could turn this space into a suitable small home year round.
