ThirdWaveWater 19L 5GAL Packets (for up to 38L+!) Espresso Water

I'm selling some extra unopened packets of Third Wave Water mineral packs. These are formulated to be used for espresso machines adding the right amount of minerals to get great tasting coffee extractions with the right pH balance and no scale (or less scale?) buildup causing minerals.
These are the LARGER sized packets which are designed to be mixed with 5 Gallons or about 19 litres of mineral free water (reverse osmosis or distilled). What I do is add enough for just 4L at a time I weighted one full package and found 8g mineral content, storing in a small mason jar, I take out 1.6g and add to 4L water. *Update Actually since then I found I get better results halving the amount so about 0.8g works just fine for me which means instead of giving you 19L of espresso water, you end up with 2x the amount, 38L!
Since the 8g package is meant for 5gal /19L but were only using it for 4L about 1gal. I divide 8g by 5 to get 1.6g (I think the math checks out!). And then from there I discovered it works well even halving that!
This could also be used to improve the taste of tea or just to help make regular reverse osmosis or distilled water for drinking taste better and less flat / acidic.
Minerals do have an impact on extracting pounds also affecting mouthfeel, as well as alkalinity / acidity.
I have a few of these available, this should be cheaper than buying even the smaller packs. Great for someone who's unsure about the benefits of this, and would like to try it without investing in a box of 12.
