The Cure Faith Sealed 1988/CDN Press Promo LP Original Press Rare!!! Hello, and thank you for viewing my listing. Yes, this is a sealed ELEKTRA original 1988 PROMO CDN/USA 1st press (these are the same issue/mastering for Canada and the USA. The 1st vinyl issue of 1981 wasn't reissued in North America until 1988. *****The original 1981 master is super, however, the only issue IMHO with the original master was that it is bass lacking. This is the great part about the 1988 release, there is much more bottom end with simple EQ adjusting. Not a remastered modern reissue that has been painted with digital "pixie dust". The remastered version is hollow with a bright/harsh metallic airiness that is so unnatural.
This one is sealed with a small PROMO hole in the bottom right-hand corner. Virgin vinyl!!, and not a modern reissue, original vinyl is always better ;). I can ship anywhere in Canada for $26.00.
