18 foot 1983 Terry Taurus 5th wheel: - everything works! - floor under bed replaced with 3/4" plywood & reinsulated with rigid foam board - section of walls around the bed replaced with plywood & reinsulated with rigid foam board - new raised wooden bed frame - plumbing for city water intake replaced with 1/2" PEX pipe, including water shut off valves - new black water tank release gasket installed - tiles installed in kitchen - electrical wire replacement/new plug installed - new Danby mini refrigerator - new front door -newly painted ceiling, cupboards, bathroom, walls -bonus for dog owners, a large doggy door installed & floating pet bed.

Trailer has been covered with tarp since I bought it. I caulking on the roof is old and I wasn't willing to test whether or not it leaks. Roof likely needs resealing.
