Bright, rustic, cozy cottage on a treed lot with two separate, self-contained suites; 3 bdrm's in the Upper suite & 2 bdrm's in the Walk-Out suite…perfect for sharing your holiday with friends and family. This is the perfect cottage for your summer getaway - it's clean, comfortable, and convenient! Just pack your swimsuit, beach towels, toiletries and groceries and you're ready to enjoy your holiday, your family, and your friends, to the fullest! If hockey is the reason for your stay, we are conveniently located just 1 block from the Sylvan Lake Hockey School.
*We are a fully licensed Tourist Home with the Town of Sylvan Lake. *RV/CAMPER parking is avail on our large rear parking pad for an additional fee of $150; $250 if stayed in (allows for more occupancy)
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Separate kitchens up and down each have a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwaves, as well as toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All kitchen cookware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cleaning products are provided. Both suites have their own laundry area, with full-size washer and dryer. Upper suite has a laundry sink, in addition. The three bedrooms upstairs have 2 Queen beds & 1 Bunk (Double bed on the bottom, Single on the top) and two bedrooms downstairs have 1 Queen & 1 Double. All beds have protective mattress and pillow covers. Fresh white sheets are provided along with pillows but please bring your forters/blankets/sleeping-bags. Bath towels are also provided but please bring your own beach towels. There is plenty of storage space, and the home is well ventilated, with large windows. Both suites have dining and living room areas with Cable TV, Wireless Internet and a BluRay/DVD player, as well as a lengthy BluRay/DVD library. Both suites have toy bins plus a great selection of games, puzzles & coloring books with crayons/markers.
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION The cottage has 2 upper decks (front and back) with patio furniture and gas barbecue. The walkout suite opens onto a patio with patio furniture and fenced yard with fire-pit.
NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE PROPERTY (incl tobacco/cannabis/etc) NO PETS ALLOWED-NO EXCEPTIONS
