$29,000 OBO PRICED TO SELL!! (I'm in Sooke). I love my Nelly, but my health has deteriorated to the point where I don't get to drive her and she needs to be enjoyed! She's a beautiful little RV. Only 19 ft, (no extra ferry charge!) with so many innovations for her time that she's fortable for touring with 2 adults and 2 children. She's a solid fiberglass 'house', factory-built onto a 1995 Dodge 350 Mag truck. I bought her from the original owners with the intent to winter in the southern US e home every summer, and I will forever be disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy her on long trips like that; she was literally made for them.

I had her mechanically inspected when I bought her in April 2020 and she passed with flying colours, but you're of course e to arrange for your own pre-purchase inspection. The only thing I've ever had to buy was a new house battery and that was only 2 weeks ago.

She has 2 tables (1 rare cloverleaf for the front, the other a rectangle for the rear dinette), and both the driver and passenger captain chairs spin so you have a front dining/sitting area too. The rear dinette makes into a surprisingly spacious double bed. Wet-bath toilet, showers (interior and exterior), fresh water tank & city water connections, 3 way fridge, 2 burner propane stove, propane furnace and electric air conditioning, (when plugged into shore power), all work great!

Both the air conditioner and microwave have been replaced by the original owner at some point in the not too distant past. I've replaced the following over the past 3 years: - new roof fan - new septic hose, cap and pull levers. Professionally flushed black and grey tanks and we moved the new levers to the exterior storage bay for easier access than underneath the body - new house battery - new wiper blades - new back up camera - new stereo system with additional satellite radio harness - new additional exterior puck locks for security - she's 28 years old. She has quirks

Cons: - driver's fiberglass step has broken off and will need to be repaired, (approx $500). I just use the steel as the step. -tires will need to be replaced in the next 1 - 2 years. -the generator was disconnected and had it's lines cut when I bought it, but the original owner had passed away so I have no way of knowing why. I'm not sure if it's fixable or not. -she's 28 years old. She has quirks

I've kept the original tape deck stereo in case you want it.
