Summer 2023 Lakeside Country Family Cottage - Sleeps 17 (located on Lac Cayamant) - Approx $499-$599 PER Day The cottage is located in the little beautiful town of Cayamant, Quebec. Address: 20 Chemin Des Pins, Cayamant QC J0X 1Y0 (also known 20 Chem des Pins, La Vallee-de-la-Gatineau, QC J0X 1Y0), the rear of the property is lakeside and in the heart of beautiful cottage country. ****FOR EXACT COST & AVAILABILITY**** PLEASE provide specific rental dates AND the number of guests expected to be up at and/or sleeping at the cottage. Minimum 2 night’s rental. Approx rental cost PER night starting from $499-$599. Approx weekend (Fri-Sun) rental cost is $1500-$1800. Approx week (Mon-Sun) rental cost is from $2800-$3800. Rental Options Weekend Rental - Check-In any time Friday and Check-out anytime on Sunday. 3 Weekday Rental - Check-In any time Monday and Check-out anytime on Wednesday. 4 Weekday Rental - Check-In any time Monday and Check-out anytime on Thursday. 5 Weekday Rental - Check-In any time Monday and Check-out anytime on Friday. 1 Week Rental - Check-In any time Monday and Check-out anytime on Sunday. ***Regular Rental rates do not apply to holidays or long weekends dates and are also subject to change if more than 17 persons are up at or sleeping at the cottage*** Newly renovated, sitting of a very large lot (lakeside) and perfect for families / groups to get away and enjoy the beautiful outdoors atmosphere. Cottage Layout: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom (1 per floor). Top unit living room has a wood burning stove, flat screen TV/DVD and High Speed Wireless Internet. Lots of seating in a beautiful newly renovated, open concept layout with large windows for great view of the backyard, lake and outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen (granite counter tops, huge island, stainless steel appliances, very large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Lots of plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils ...etc). Lower unit has a full kitchen as well with a large fridge and stove/oven. EACH level has 1 Full Bathroom with shower/tub, sink, and toilet. Towels and bed linen are cleaned and replaced by along with the entire cottage being spotless for each time it's rented. On the property is a large outdoor Fire pit, boat launch ramp, boat dock (excellent for fishing Perch and Lake Bass right off the dock) and a big clean lake for swimming and water fun. To my renter I include water toys to enjoy: 3 person canoe, 1 person kayak, 2-4 seater paddle boat, 3 stand-up board, lots of paddles and life jackets (assorted kids/adults sizes).
