Studio/Bachelor All Inclusive Apartment Available

In mid October we will be having one of our all inclusive studio bachelor apartments opening up for rent. These apartments have everything included. All of your furniture, bed, dishes. Your Hydro, Internet, television, parking, snow removal etc. is included in the rent. We are looking for clean quiet tenants that respect our property, other tenants and basically are just decent human beings. These are one person only apartments. We will no longer be accepting two people per unit. There is absolutely no pets allowed. First and last months rent will be necessary and we have a new very thorough contract that will need to be filled out in full. Due to lowering our guard on previous tenants we are being forced to enforce the rules more strictly now. That being said, as long as you are a decent human being and conduct yourself in a positive, professional and courteous manner, there was no reason for us to ever have to talk.
